Can you imagine?

What I know for sure
is that these skills of courage, empathy, and grace
are what help us navigate a profoundly difficult time to be human.

Because at the end of the day we all have the need to feel seen,
heard, known, loved, accepted, and free.

When we can authentically show up in this world
we create the space and grow the bravery
for others to do the same.
It is in this holy space that true connection is born.
And it is in that connection that love moves us forward.

Because people aren’t broken.
And they don’t need to be fixed.
They need to feel loved.

Even, and most especially, at work.

What if we created cultures in our organizations
where we met the inherent needs of all,
the need to feel seen, heard, known, loved, accepted, and free?

Can you imagine?

I can. I have the honor of witnessing it in my workshops
and with the organizations I get to teach.
And it’s as incredible as it sounds.
