|  Blog Post   |  Clear is kind.

Clear is kind.

When you don’t do what you say you will do, the trust between us is broken, and I am frustrated.

Especially when it affects other people’s workloads and deadlines.

And so I will also let you know that I am frustrated.

Because clear is kind. Unclear is unkind.

I will also clearly state my expectations and what I need and ask you to repair trust with me – by you making it right and by me giving you the chance to.

It may only take one person to break trust, it takes both of us to repair it, though.
