Justine Froelker Courage is Built Here workshop at AME Conference

Courage in action.

Monday morning looked like courage in action.

I had the honor of teaching a workshop at The Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) Conference, and since I don’t have many open-to-the-public workshops, my best friend Rebecca and her Trailblazer Academy (@exploretrailblazer)team took advantage and joined me. Many of them have been through the full training, so it was the perfect mix of refreshing the work and team building for them.

And when your best friend is right up front, it turns out you actually get a few decent pictures of yourself speaking, which feels like a small miracle in itself.

The room was full of people from all over the world leaning in, choosing connection over everything, and showing up with so much vulnerability and courage.

Thank you to everyone who joined me and to AME for having me. What a gift to spend the morning walking out the courage work together.
