Every single fallen leaf.

I think of it every fall, yet I don’t know that I’ve ever said it out loud.

So I turned to Chad and asked, Have you ever thought that every single leaf falls at the exact moment God intends and lands exactly where it is supposed to?

We serve a God who cares that much about a leaf – and of course, the sparrows too. “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care” (Matthew 10:29). How could we ever doubt how deeply He cares for us, created in His image, held in His plan?

Every fall is a holy reminder: “The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him” (Psalm 37:23). We are in the right place at the right time, because our steps are ordered by Him.

And every fall, He shows us in every single fallen leaf. ?
