Feel well courage teach Justine Froelker

Feel well.

I feel a lot. And I feel hard.

I’ve always felt deeply.

For much of my life, I thought this meant being at the mercy of my emotions, letting them control and define me. When I reacted from my feelings, it means they own me.

Here’s what I’ve learned, though:
Feeling a lot and feeling deeply doesn’t mean we have to be controlled by our emotions.

By learning how to feel my feelings well—really well—I’ve discovered something surprising. I can feel even more, even deeper, and in a way that feels richer, fuller, and more aligned with how emotions are meant to be experienced. Most of us just never learned how to do this.

It’s not about controlling our feelings; it’s about allowing them to move through us, teaching us, and connecting us to the beauty of being human.
