May it be today

Today I had a session that made me realize just how far I have come in my healing, both inner and physical.

And it got me wondering…

When is the last time you paused and recognized your progress?

When is the last time you spoke out loud over yourself how far you have come?

When is the last time you allowed yourself to get excited and proud and exclaim how much you have changed and healed and walked into and received your healing?

When is the last time you met yourself with true, adoring, pride, and love?

Friend, may it be today, even if just for a bit.?
