May we own our part always.

It’s true…

What people think of you is none of your business.

Plus, what they think of you probably has more to do with them than with you. Take nothing personally.

And what we think of them is more about us than them.

Sometimes things don’t work out.

Sometimes we have to walk away.

Sometimes, that’s really hard, especially knowing that what someone may think about us isn’t what we want.

And dang, if that isn’t really, really hard for some of us.

And when that happens, may we recognize when our old wounds are triggered, own that, and do our work.

May we own our part always.

And may we make sure that we lived from our values and hope that they did too.

And then we learn what we need to learn, let it go, and move on.
