Maybe we aren’t as lost as it feels.

Yesterday, I said out loud, “I feel lost.”

Today, I’m wondering… maybe I’m not lost at all. Maybe I’m just not there yet.

What shifted between yesterday and today?
A good night’s sleep.
Scripture.
Sunshine morning walks.
Tears.
Meeting with my team.
A bunch of writing.
And, of course, walking out the work.

Here’s the thing: Lost isn’t a feeling. My feelings are frustration, grief, uncertainty, expectancy, excitement…all of it.

Feel it all.
Name it.
Cope with it.
Move.
Then move forward and reclaim your story.

Because maybe we aren’t as lost as it feels.
We just aren’t there yet.
