Whether people are doing three people’s jobs or they are unable to set boundaries (for whatever and many reasons) and are working overly tired, stressed, and at all hours, mistakes will be made.

Mistakes cost money.

More than that, they cost trust and well-being.

And when a team doesn’t have trust and well-being, the consequences are much more catastrophic than profit.
