One of the big pain points, and one of my favorite courageous conversations, in so many of my calls and my workshops lately is the discussion around leading and working with different generations.

Sometimes the only expert you need is you and your story and the courage to do the damn thing.
Ten years
This morning as I got ready, two mourning doves and a blue jay worked through some stuff in our holly tree right outside the window. Of course, the blue jay was pretty feisty and eventually staked its territory.
What if we?
What if we challenged the systems, things, and stories that tell us we have to mask up, plow through, numb out, stuff down, hustle, earn, strive, and pretend?
To show the way to love and lead well…
It is through this discomfort that we get through the dark together and write out our own future.
mistakes will be made.
When a team doesn't have trust and well-being, the consequences are much more catastrophic than profit.
