To sit with it.

A day to soak.

To soak it all in.
To sit with it.
To feel it.
To let go.
To celebrate.

This week has been wild.

A book launch.
A planning call for full training with an incredible nonprofit in Denver.
A values workshop with an accounting firm.
A podcast interview about emotional literacy for kids.
A workshop on emotional literacy for hundreds of team members for a construction company.
A HUGE keynote for an investment company.

People often ask me what and who I specialize in.
I usually answer that people are people and more than that feelings are feelings.

I specialize in humans.
Especially in teaching them how to navigate this all well and from a place of knowing how loved they are.

So this Friday, I hope you too will give yourself permission to soak it all in.
To sit with it.
To feel it.
To let go.
To celebrate.
