|  Blog Post   |  What’s real has a soul.
What's real has a soul.

What’s real has a soul.

I’m learning how to use AI to help me do my job. Not do my job.
And while I’m excited about the possibilities, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t also a little uneasy.

Because as helpful as AI can be, it’s also quietly changing how I relate to the world, especially how I consume social media.
I catch myself wondering more often than I’d like:
What’s real?
What’s enhanced?
How is it enhanced?
And what’s downright fake?

And then I pause.
I turn inward and seek what is real.
Because unlike AI, I have a spirit and soul.
So do you.

That’s where I go when I want to know what’s real.
I seek what carries the weight of spirit.
I trust the nudge that says, “This has breath. This has heart.”

Because what is real will always have a soul.
And our hearts, yours and mine, will always yearn for that kind of Love.
AI can’t change that.
