You are not alone.
Being an entrepreneur means showing up—even on the days you really, really, really don’t want to.
Some days, you just don’t want to people.
Some days, what’s on your calendar feels heavier than you can carry.
And still… you show up.
There’s this tension I’m living in right now:
How do I care for myself while doing the thing I’d really rather not—especially when my heart is hurting?
What I’m learning is this:
You show up in the small ways.
You stay grounded in the rituals that steady you.
You take the pauses. You care for your body and your mind.
And you stay aligned—with your mission, your values, and your why.
Today, that looked like my morning routine… and then showing up to my EO Accelerator Bootcamp, even though every part of me wanted to stay home. Because grieving publicly? It’s brave. And it’s also really hard.
And yet… here’s what I know with my whole heart today:
I am feeling this grief in a deeper, more honest, more healing way—because I’m being met with real empathy.
Because my life is full of people who have done the work alongside me, who know how to show up with care that truly lands.
Who know how to hold space.
Who love well.
Who love me well.
It’s not making the sadness disappear.
It’s making it bearable.
It’s making it sacred.
If you’re in that same space—trying to show up for life, for work, for healing—I see you.
You are not alone.
