clear and kind

It’s crucial to be clear in our communication with our team members.

Being clear empowers them to make decisions, live in alignment with their values, and be their best selves.

At the same time, we must remember to be kind and gracious in our approach. When we communicate with kindness and empathy, we move forward and heal together as a team.

May we strive to be clear and kind with another.
