Every day

@justinefroelker

Every day I work with leaders teaching them how to love and lead themselves first because it is then they can go out and love and lead others well too. Every day I feel their overwhelm and yearning. Overwhelm in how much this life can be, how tired they are, and how much stress and burnout are stealing from them. Yearning for rest, for meaning, for awe, for love, for more. Every day what I see and feel the most is how gaping this hole that so many of us live with is. This hole to be whole because we know how loved we are. So I made this, may you receive it. #selflove #belonging #tiktoktherapy
