Find Your Joy. Make it Part of Your Routine

It’s Wednesday. There’s a lot. Maybe too much.

So here’s a reminder from Winston, yes, this rare smiley Winston, that:

1. Routine is actually really good for us.

2. Joy belongs in your every day.

For Winston, that joy is pretending a washcloth is a rat, yes, really, that Dad plays with him in bed every night after our walk while Mom’s washing her face and getting ready for bed. It’s a whole thing.

To each their own.

Find your joy. Make it part of your routine. And choose to be as okay as possible in a world that’s way too much.

You’re doing great. ?
