I promise, you aren’t alone.

You aren’t alone.

It’s one of the greatest lies we believe and that we allow the world and our wired-for-comfort brain to tell us…that we are alone, the only ones to feel this way, the only ones to be struggling.

I promise, you aren’t alone.
Ever.

It never fails the relief I feel in the room when I assure people of this truth.

You aren’t the only ones who are tired, beyond burnt out, struggling, confused, disenchanted, in pain, struggling with trust, has turnover, are short-staffed, and frustrated with morale and culture.

And it isn’t that misery loves company.
It’s that connection can help us navigate through the dark into the light.

It’s time to say the brave words of I don’t know, we need help, and me too. Because it is in this space of connection that we grow, change, heal, and move forward.
