Justine Froelker Courage is Built Here keynote speaker

Why I do the work.

Last week, someone shared this with me after my keynote:
“You were incredible last Friday. It was one of the highlights from the event. I’ve been working through my notes and I am thrilled to be putting them in action. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day and being vulnerable for all of us.”

This is why I do the work.
Why I show up with all of me, teaching, modeling, and welcoming all of you.

Not just to bring inspiration for a moment.
To help people walk away with practices they can put into action right away.

And here’s the thing, those notes only come alive when the audience is open and willing to receive them. When you show up with presence and courage, that’s what makes the room powerful.

So, what’s one courageous note you’re putting into action this week?

Courage is Built Here™ isn’t just about the keynote on stage or the workshop; it’s about what happens after.
