It has been a project long in the making. It has taken so much work on so many people's part. And it will mean my story and the courage work I teach will reach even more people.
It sucks and it’s okay.
Because sometimes, maybe nearly always, the best-laid plans still won't be quite enough.

The disconnection of unsolicited advice.
I've often been the person who shares their story of struggle, whether infertility or health battles, only to be met with an onslaught of unsolicited advice I never asked for.
We were made to connect
We need each other. We were made to connect. Connection is how we heal. And it's our power to get through this.
Can we show up for one another today?
I'm giving myself permission to be angry because it is in the space of feeling it that I can turn to God and ask the hard questions I have
