Justine Froelker Corporate Trainer quote

Keep Becoming.

“People don’t change” is one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves.

It’s an excuse that keeps us stuck.
A story that protects us from heartbreak.

Because if we admit people can change…
We might have to grieve that they haven’t.
We might have to face the truth that they won’t—or don’t want to.
We might have to stop blaming and start healing.

Sometimes we cling to the lie because we’re struggling to change that one thing ourselves.
Because finger-pointing can feel easier than feeling the pain.

Here’s the truth:
People can change. People do change.
And sometimes, they simply choose not to.

And as hard as that is—we get to choose, too.
To keep doing the work. To keep learning, growing, changing, becoming.

Because if we’re not growing, we’re dying faster than we already are.

And you, my friend, are far too brave to stay stuck in a story that isn’t true.
