My first full Courage is Built Here™ training

Nothing went as planned. And yet… it was better. It was beyond. It was holy. It was so dang good.

Walking into my first full Courage is Built Here™ training, I had the usual fanfare of worry and ruminating thoughts. Would the training be what I envisioned? Would the small group feel too small? Would I have the energy, still recovering from bronchitis?

And yet, as always, my worry was a waste of time.

These women—the CBH OGs as they’ve deemed themselves—showed up fully. Half of them had trained with me before (some multiple times), the other half were brand new to this work. They were brave with each other and with me. They embraced the work, challenged themselves, and poured into one another in ways that left me in awe.

And here’s what I know for sure: We will never regret the work we do to build our courage, strengthen our resilience, and live more fully as ourselves.

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to step into this work… this is it.

The next Courage is Built Here™ training is coming. Will you be in the room?
